Fees & Interest

CapitalStackers charges the following fees, depending on the complexity, risk and level of monitoring required:

• Listing Fee

  A flat fee for publishing your deal on the platform.

• Broking Fee

  Only payable if you want us to arrange the senior debt for you.

• Margin Fee

  The interest paid by the borrower less the coupon paid to the investors.

• Arrangement Fee

  Generally a percentage of the CapitalStackers debt payable at first drawdown.

• Exit Fee

  If applicable, payable upon repayment of the loan and usually calculated as a percentage of the debt or a fixed amount depending on the nature of the deal.

There is no such thing as a typical fee. Every deal will be priced in line with its specific risk profile.
