As a registered investor, you’ll be able to access your deals through the investor dashboard in the membership area.

This gives you details of the:

  • Maturity

In addition, CapitalStackers will give you regular updates on the borrower and properties you’re invested in.

A monthly progress report is prepared on development deals by CapitalStackers’ appointed monitoring surveyors. These monitoring reports give comprehensive details such as construction progress and the amount of funds drawn down, along with progress photographs. For investment deals, the progress reports will provide regular details of current lettings and include covenant checks to ensure that the investment is compliant with both the senior lender’s and CapitalStackers’ lending parameters.
